We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached and the product is in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Boots

  Securely place the boots in their original Muck Boot box and package them inside a durable shipping carton, attaching the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
